In Schaffhausen

Saturday, October 31, 2015

On Sunday I went with a couple of friends to a lovely town called Schaffhausen. It is known by the gigantic waterfalls located in Neuhausen, which are the widest in Europe! Rheinfall offers breathtaking views and touristy attractions! For daredevils there is even a boat expedition into the waterfalls' heart!

Schaffhausen is located in northern Switzerland. Its architecture remains typical for German influences. The old town looks very Swiss with gorgeous fountains and ground made out of tiny cubblestones.

The must-see places in Schaffhausen are definitely: Rheinfall, Münster Schaffhausen, House zum Ritter in the old town and All Saints Abbey (the best view from Munot).
